We do not force every customer to buy a tyre. If a tyre can be repaired safely and legally, we assess it first. If replacement is needed, we confirm the next step clearly before any extra work begins.
Not every puncture is repairable — sidewall damage, run flats that have been driven on flat, and tyres outside the safe repair area need replacement. We will tell you that honestly on the call.
