This policy explains how TyreRepair UK uses personal data for the public website, booking services and the authorised Tyre Repair Admin mobile app.
Who We Are

Data We Use
We process booking and contact information such as names, phone numbers, email addresses, vehicle details, tyre details, service addresses, GPS job locations, booking status, payment status, customer messages, internal job notes and uploaded job evidence photos where an authorised admin attaches them to a booking.
Authorised admin users may also have account identifiers, login session data, push notification tokens, device notification preferences and operational audit records.
Why We Use Data
We use this data to quote and manage tyre jobs, dispatch drivers, send booking and payment updates, record job progress, handle customer support, prevent duplicate or unsafe actions, protect the service from misuse and meet legal, accounting and operational obligations.
Payments
Card payments and payment links are handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers in our own systems. We may store payment status, payment reference data, deposit and balance information so bookings can be managed correctly.
Location And Notifications
The Tyre Repair Admin app can show customer job locations and route information. Where enabled by an authorised admin, location permission may be used for active job-site arrival or leave alerts. Push notifications are used for new bookings, urgent operational updates, job status changes, payment events and stock alerts.
The app remains usable if notification or location permission is denied, except for features that directly rely on those permissions.
Service Providers
We use trusted providers to run the service, including hosting, database, messaging, email, SMS, push notifications, maps, analytics, payment processing and error monitoring providers. They process data only as needed to provide those services.
Retention
We keep booking, payment, audit and support records for as long as needed for service delivery, tax, accounting, legal and safety purposes. Demo or test data used for app review is marked as safe review data and is not real customer data.
Your Choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal data where the law allows. You can disable app permissions such as notifications, camera, photos or location in your device settings. Some records may need to be retained where required for legal, accounting or fraud-prevention reasons.
